Chief F. Eyo Okon Inyang was born in Calabar, a native of Adak Uko, (Eyo Nsa House) Creek Town, Odukpani Local Government, C.R.S, Nigeria. He attended Henshaw Town Primary School, St.Mary’s Efot Abua and graduated from St. Patrick College, Calabar.After his high school education, he travelled abroad to further his education. Chief Eyo achieved Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degrees in Chemistry and Medical Technology (MT) from Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee. As a research scientist, his subspecialties include: 1. Chemistry 2. Pharmacology 3. Reproductive Toxicology. He has published several research topics in international peer- reviewed journals. Formerly employed at Meharry Medical College, he is currently at Vanderbilt University as a Clinical laboratory Scientist. Chief Eyo is the President of Efik National Association USA, Inc. and also The President of the New York Tri- State Chapter of The EfikUSA. He holds a tittle of Obong Mbakara Ekpe at Iboku Esit Edik Ekpe Lodge, Creek Town, Calabar, CRS, Nigeria.
